Formerly known as SPOOKI STUDY & CO-WORKING, body doubling is the act of doing a task in the presence of other people — could be anything from sending invoices for your small biz, making a phone call you’ve been putting off or folding laundry.
We’ll work on our tasks for 50 minutes - 20 minutes on task, 5 break, 20 minutes on, followed by a 5 minute optional share-out.
