A perfectly balance practice; wind down and mindfully connect to your body and breath. Classes is guided and offers restorative postures to release and restore the body. Expect to focus on breath, anatomical alignment and support your mental health. A zoom link will be emailed to you within 1 hour of class starting, or immediately when you check in.
