I offer practices of yoga to those who do not typically “fit the mold” and am deeply passionate about assisting folks in finding joy in moving their bodies through an accessible, anti-oppressive, inclusive and intersectional lens.

Private or 1:1 yoga instruction is a great way to learn and create a sustainable practice. Small group sessions are also available.
