Hey, hi and hello! My name is Riot (they/them)! I’m a storyteller, content cowboi, joyful movement enthusiast, and future skeleton living on land stolen from Peoria, Anishinabewaki, and Waawiyatanong peoples, now known as Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Currently, I move through the world as a white, fat, trans, non-binary, queer, disabled, neurodivergent person. It feels important to name these pieces of my identity as it informs the work I do breaking down big topics like diet culture, yoga + movement, intersectional identities, and easeful marketing more digestible.

️Today, after many hours* of training, I offer practices of YOGA / MOVEMENT to those who do not typically “fit the mold” and am deeply passionate about assisting folks in finding joy in moving their bodies through an accessible, anti-oppressive, inclusive and intersectional lens - with specific interest and focus on supporting larger-bodied, queer, trans, neurodivergent, and disabled populations. 

MARKETING, for me, exists as a side-quest to relationship building. I am passionate about assisting folks in communicating their badass ideas and talents with the world.
